Digital product purchases
Vynora products are delivered digitally. Because digital files and access can be provided immediately after payment, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been delivered or used.
Problems with your purchase
If you receive the wrong item, cannot access the files, or the product is materially different from its description, contact Vynora with your order details. We will review the issue and help restore access or consider an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Compatibility
Please review the product description and supported formats before purchasing. The Habit & Goal Tracker includes Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formats. Device, software and internet requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility.
How to request help
Contact Vynora through the details on the contact page and include the email address used for your purchase, your Razorpay payment reference, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Any approved payment reversal may also be subject to the provider’s processing rules and timelines.
